Beyond The Beaten Path

EF Business Problem: The larger cities in Italy become incredibly crowded during the summer months, how do we get more people to Italy yet still provide unique, and interesting experiences? Solution: Enter “Beyond the Beaten Path”. A product designed to have travelers explore the lesser known but no less interesting spaces and places of Italy. This video was part of a series showcasing various EF partnerships around the globe.

EF Future Travel Voucher

EF Business Problem: When the world shut down due to the pandemic, international travel ground to a halt. Travelers’ immediate impulse was to cancel plans and demand refunds. When you travel over a million people a year, you begin to see the dramatic financial implications of every traveler asking for their money back. Our goal was to provide incentives, keeping that money with EF to help sustain EF’s vast network of global partners. We needed to provide flexible options to retain the hard earned customers. Solution: The EF Future Travel Voucher was created to allow any traveler the ability to shift their money to any EF tour product. The voucher simultaneously kept the money invested in EF, while providing more choice for any traveler who chose to participate. It worked–2022 is forecast to be one of EF’s strongest years for travel to date.

Learn On

EF Business Problem: How does an educational travel company stay engaged with its audience when the world shuts down? Solution: Remind our audience that although the world has come to a standstill, the curiosity and thirst for learning continues. We developed a campaign around the idea that learning never stops and provided virtual learning resources for our teachers.

Better Humans

EF Business Problem: Educational travel is a seasonal business. January is a hard month for teachers. Returning back to school with the long stretch ahead of them before summer break. We wanted to use this opportunity to remind teachers we understood why they chose this profession while showing them how travel creates more impactful educational outcomes. Solution: Tapping into consumer insights, we learned an overwhelming majority of teachers simply want to help make the world a little better place by fostering greater understanding and empathy in their students. Through a series of videos we demonstrated the opportunities traveling with EF provides for personal growth.
